I love this stuff! When I come by it with my homemade soap, my skin is soft and moist.
Please keep making! Great product!
And so far no more communications on the promised replacement. All inquiries from me have gone unanswered. This is for the other bottle in the order.
Have still not received my order and order has been cancelled. None of you are responding to my messages. Very poor customer service . Refund if you not willing to replace.
So I have had my retinol cream by advanced clinicals for a year now. I am 33yrs old and decided I needed to start adding retinol to my beauty routine. And what better way to do that with a body cream?! I do think it’s a great price for the amount that you get. Why I gave it 3 stars is the ingredient list doesn’t have ceramides or squalene.( helps hold moisture in the skin, also protects skin barrier )
It also doesn’t tell us what percentage of retinol is in this cream. You can put the name on the bottle, but it doesn’t technically mean that it’s in there if you don’t give us a percentage. Lastly it takes a while for my skin to fully absorbed the product. It leaves a white overcast if I don’t rub it in for 3mins. I thought maybe I got an old bottle? There is no expiration date on the bottle either and I’m pretty sure retinol has an expiration.
