Very disappointed!!!POOR PRODUCT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Clinicals for many years, and I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience.

I purchased 6 bottles of Collagen Serum — 4 from eBay and 2 from Ross. I opened all eight bottles, and every single one had the same strong, unpleasant odor. I have used this product for years and have never experienced anything like this before.

What concerns me most is that Advanced Clinicals does not print expiration dates on its products. How are customers supposed to know whether a product is still suitable for use? Had expiration dates been provided, I could have made an informed decision before purchasing.

I contacted the company, provided photographs and lot numbers, and explained the problem. Their response was that they are working on adding expiration dates. They also pointed out that eBay is not an authorized seller, but that does not explain why the bottles purchased at Ross have the same unpleasant odor.

Despite my years of loyalty, I was not offered a replacement, refund, or any meaningful resolution.

I believe Advanced Clinicals should take responsibility for its product quality and provide clear expiration information.

I am extremely disappointed that a company I trusted for so many years has handled my complaint this way.
