How will my order be shipped?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. We also ship to Canada and the United Kingdom.  Orders are processed through standard shipping. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking. Shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

We are excited to bring you Advanced Clinicals globally! We now proudly offer shipping to Canada, France, and the United Kingdom. We are continuing to add new countries and hope to serve all our customers abroad. If you do not see your country listed above, please reach out to our email and let us know where you would like Advanced Clinicals sent to!

How long will it take to ship?

We are excited for you to receive our products and process orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is two business days maximum and you should receive your order within 5-7 business days! Orders placed Fridays after 2 pm CST will be processed the following Monday.

For International Shipping our current estimated transit times is between 10 and 14 business days. 

For Holiday Shipping:

Please place all orders latest by 11:59pm CST on December 10, 2021 to get December 24 delivery.

Due to increased holiday order volume, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. Our current estimate is that all our orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Advanced Clinicals is not responsible for carrier delays.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How much does USA shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $30 or more. Otherwise, all other orders cost $7.99 to ship.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your www.advanced clinicals.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@advancedclinicals.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Advanced Clinicals products are 100% risk free guaranteed. Try it out, if you do not like it, return the product and we will refund you. Sometimes results take a bit longer to see, use the entire bottle, if you still do not like it, return the empty bottle and we will refund you.

How do I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? That’s okay! Please give us a call and our customer service team will help you. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel shipments, but we do offer our 365-day refund policy in any event.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please send an email or contact us at info@advancedclinicals.com or via phone at 888-373-8831 8AM-4PM CST and our team will work quickly to resolve this problem.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance.

How can I track my international order?

All international orders are sent using our partner, APC. To track an international order, please navigate to the APC website and enter your tracking number. You can then see where your package is within APC’s logistics network. This page will also show which carrier within your country APC has given the package to so you can track up until it arrives at your doorstep! 

Do you offer international returns?

Unfortunately, we are unable to support international returns at this time. If your product is not working for you, please reach out to our customer service team so we can help assist you.

Product Questions

Does Advanced Clinicals test on animals, for either finished products or ingredients?

Advanced Clinicals is a cruelty free business. We have always had a strict criteria for selecting ingredients for our products. We do not test our ingredients, product prototypes or finished products on animals.

Do any third-parties test on animals on your behalf?

No. Advanced Clinicals does not carry out animal testing and does not commission tests to third-parties.

Do your suppliers test on animals? How do you ensure this?

Certain chemicals were required to be tested on animals and included on Safety Data Sheet. Since 2010, that process has changed, and no longer are tested the same way.

Do you test on animals where required by law?

Some countries like China requires imported cosmetics to be safety-tested on animals. Due to this regulatory environment, Advanced Clinicals products are not sold in China. This does not fir our brand values.

The product I want is out of stock, will it be available again?

We always suggest subscribing to our emails to ensure you are getting first access to new products, promotions, and news.

Do your products have expiration dates?

All Advanced Clinical products have a shelf life of 3 years (1 year after opening).

What is the percentage of retinol used in your serum?

Advanced Clinicals Retinol Serum uses 1.3% Retinol Encapsulate. Encapsulated Retinol has a higher stability rate than “free” Retinol which means it has a more potent efficacy for more consistent results. Due to the encapsulated system, the Retinol is gradually released, which helps minimize the potentially irritating side effects of Retinoids.

What is the percentage of Vitamin C in your serum?

Advanced Clinicals uses 0.5% of the potent and stable form of Vitamin C known as Aminopropyl Ascorbyl Phosphate (AAP). AAP is a special, potent form of Vitamin C that is stronger than Ascorbic Acid. Most Vitamin C Serums need to use 15-20% of Ascorbic Acid to match 0.5% efficacy of AAP. This is because Ascorbic Acid is weak and unstable. AAP is engineered to deliver the same potency, but it is not activated until it reaches your skin’s enzymes. That means that once you apply it to your skin,it is activated and completely pure and effective.

Does Advanced Clinicals use synthetics in products?

Advanced Clinicals uses naturally-derived and natural ingredients whenever possible. For color, fragrance and preservation we sometimes use synthetic ingredients, or whenever a sustainable solution is not available.

Is it safe to use your products while I’m pregnant?

We recommend sharing our ingredient list with our healthcare providers for review before using.
