How will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed through standard shipping. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking. Shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

We are excited to bring you Advanced Clinicals globally! We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. We now proudly offer shipping to over 150 countries worldwide! If you do not see your country listed, please reach out to our email and let us know where you would like Advanced Clinicals sent to!

You may also shop our products on iherb.com where they ship to over 180 different countries.

How long will it take to ship?

We are excited for you to receive our products and process orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is two business days and you should receive your order within 5-7 business days!

For International Shipping our current estimated transit times is between 10 and 14 business days

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How much is shipping?

US Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders $30 or more in the United States. Otherwise, all other orders cost $7.00 to ship.

International Shipping: We offer competitive shipping rates through our shipping partner, Passport. We offer both DDP and DDU shipping, with exact shipping cost and applicable duties/taxes displayed at checkout. All orders over $100 USD are shipped with International Insurance.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your www.advancedclinicals.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@advancedclinicals.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Please email us at info@advancedclinicals.com with your order number and name, and we will initiate the refund, return, or replacement process. Returns or exchanges are valid within the first 30 days of purchase.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email us at info@advancedclinicals.com and our customer service will help you. Please note, once an order has been processed by our fulfillment center, we are no longer able to cancel shipments, however, please email us and we will try our best and provide a return/refund if necessary.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please email us at info@advancedclinicals.com for further assistance. If order is damaged, please email us a photo and we will help initiate a refund or replacement.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. Please email us at info@advancedclinicals.com for return information.

How can I track my international order?

All international orders are sent using our partner, Passport. To track an international order, please navigate to the Passport website and enter your tracking number. You can then see where your package is within Passport’s logistics network. This page will also show which carrier within your country Passport has given the package to so you can track up until it arrives at your doorstep! 

Do you offer international returns?

Unfortunately, we are unable to support international returns at this time. If your product is not working for you, please reach out to our customer service team so we can help assist you.

Product Questions

Are your products gluten free, vegan, or cruelty free?

The majority of the ingredients we use do not naturally contain gluten. However, we do not specifically test our products for gluten content, nor can we guarantee that they are manufactured in a completely gluten-free environment. If you have a severe gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before use. We're happy to provide detailed ingredient lists or answer any additional questions you may have.

Most of our products are vegan and do not contain ingredients derived from animal sources. However, formulas containing Collagen, Manuka Honey, or Keratin do include animal by-products and are therefore not considered vegan.

We are committed to cruelty-free practices. None of our products are tested on animals. That said, products containing Collagen, Manuka Honey, or Keratin include animal-derived ingredients, so we do not categorize those specific products as fully cruelty-free. We continually work to meet the highest ethical standards across our offerings.

Are your products allergy tested or safe for sensitive skin?

All of our products undergo HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing), which helps assess the likelihood of allergic reactions, irritation, and sensitization to common ingredients. This ensures our products are formulated for most skin types. However, please note that our products are not tested for individual allergies (such as gluten or pollen), so we always recommend reviewing the ingredient list if you have specific sensitivities.

For those with sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing before full use, particularly with products containing higher concentrations of active ingredients like Glycolic Acid or Niacinamide, to ensure they are well-tolerated.

Can you recommend some products for my skin type?

Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant?

We recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before using.

What products should I not mix?

Avoid mixing the following ingredients. We suggest either using one during the day and one at night or alternating days.

  • Retinol & Vitamin C
  • Vitamin C & Benzoyl Peroxide
  • AHA/BHA (Exfoliating Acids) & Retinol
  • Retinol & Benzoyl Peroxide
  • Vitamin C & Salicylic Acid

We always recommend doing a small patch test, and to use an SPF while using Retinol products or anything with AHAs/BHAs as your skin can be more sensitive while using these products.

Which products are fragrance free?

The following products do not have any fragrances added to them, however sometimes a naturally occurring scent from the ingredients may be noticed.

The percentage and the type of Vitamin C in our formulas can vary depending on the specific product, as each one is designed with a unique delivery system and purpose in mind. The exact concentration is proprietary, so we don’t disclose the percentage. Additionally most of our Vitamin C products, also feature other extracts and ingredient blends, which are known for their brightening and antioxidant benefits. Combining multiple forms of vitamin C along with other ingredients, our formulations make a great option for those seeking an everyday solution to enhance radiance without irritation.

What type of Vitamin C is used in your products?

The type of Vitamin C we use can vary depending on the product and are specific to the formulation. We carefully choose the most effective form—or sometimes a blend—based on the texture, delivery system, and desired benefits of each product. You’ll typically find one or a combination of the following forms of Vitamin C in our formulas:

Key ingredients help visibly plump the skin and reduce early signs of aging, offering smoother, firmer skin without irritation.

What percentage of Hyaluronic Acid is in the products?

The concentration of Hyaluronic Acid varies across our product range to best suit each formulation. We carefully blend hyaluronic acid with other actives like squalane and algae extract to enhance its hydrating effects, ensuring maximum moisture retention and leaving your skin feeling plump, smooth, and deeply nourished.

What is the difference between pure retinol and encapsulated retinol?

The main difference between pure retinol and encapsulated retinol is how the ingredient is protected. Encapsulated Retinol is retinol that’s been wrapped in a protective coating (like a delivery capsule). This helps it release more slowly over time, which can enhance stability, and may even help reduce irritation in some. Pure Retinol is the active form of Retinol and does not have any additional protective coatings.

Why did my product change color or smell different?

It’s completely normal to notice slight changes in the color or scent of your product over time. Ingredients like Retinol, Ferulic Acid, and Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) are highly potent and naturally prone to slight variations in appearance or odor. These changes do not mean the product is expired or unsafe to use, and they do not impact the formula’s efficacy or performance.

Why does the packaging I received look different from the packaging on the product page?

We are in the process of updating our packaging for a fresh new look. During this transition, you may receive a product in either the previous or updated packaging, but rest assured, the formula inside remains just as effective. While the look is evolving, our commitment to quality and effectiveness remains unchanged!

Why does the ingredient list look different than the ingredient list on the website?

We strive to maintain accurate ingredient information; however, ingredient lists may change due to innovative updates and evolving regulatory guidelines. During our transition to updated formulas and packaging, some customers may receive a product with an older ingredient list. While formulas may vary slightly, these changes do not impact the efficacy of the product.
